Michelle’s sphere of influence is small, literally. She works with elementary students and does so with such care and intentionality. Greeting each child by name every morning, she makes students feel seen and gives parents peace of mind.

As Maggie was climbing the ladder of her chosen career, she suddenly looked around and realized it wasn’t a ladder she even wanted to be on at all. It set her on a course of living with intention and embracing the idea she will not miss what’s meant for her.

Although not the most glamorous choice with a law degree, Madison humbly commits her days to helping vulnerable locals avoid incarceration, overcome substance abuse and ultimately heal their souls.

Lydia doesn't take her role as a Special Judge lightly. In fact, one thing she loves most about herself is her ability to serve individuals and families in their weakest hour to affect lives in a positive way.

When faced with something sad and fearful, Lizzie chose to be kind, honest and brave. And at work and at home, those are traits she encourages those around her to embody every day.
