Ana Rutherford

It takes guts to live out your values in all situations. Ana has figured out not just how to do it for herself, but encourage others to do the same.

What’s been the biggest obstacle in your life so far?

Myself. All day, everyday! It’s a constant mindset change. I can’t do it all, but I can delegate, I can change my paradigm, I can make it happen one way or another. With the proper alignment, any obstacle can be broken. It really begins with you and that’s what I try to do everyday. Start with myself.

What makes you feel proud?

When I keep promises to myself and achieve breakthroughs because I decided that fear no longer had a hold of my life. I also feel proud when I see my kids living their best life. And when I see my friends, family and clients living their best life.

“I can’t do it all, but I can delegate, I can change my paradigm, I can make it happen one way or another.”

What’s the single biggest problem you’d like to solve in your community?

Giving our children in middle school, high school and college the resources to understand healthy relationships. We see it time and time again. As adults we have programs and resources to help families transition out of these toxic situations, but what about our youth? We need to break into the “normal” and give resources to our children that will continue to set them up for success. It does begin at home, but it can also be supported outside of the home as well.

Who is the biggest influence in your life? Why?

My biggest influence is Jesus. Although I will never achieve His level of pure awesomeness. I can sure try, and you know what, even if I don’t do it perfectly, I can spread some light and maybe plant a seed or two.
