Andie Pointer

What makes Andie Wildly Capable?

Andie is constantly working on herself and is beautifully receptive to feedback. She’s a self-starter who is always willing to help out. She does a great job of showing others what they’re capable of achieving.”  -JAMIE CRONE

What makes you feel proud?

I feel proud when my kids are kind and compassionate. I feel proud when people realize how strong they are physically and mentally. I feel proud of where I’ve come from and how far I’ve come. I feel proud that I’ve gotten to travel the world and serve different communities.

What keeps you up at night?

I would say gratitude. I spend a lot of time thinking about how every statistic says I should not be where I am, but I consider the people who have spoken life into me when I needed it most. I spend a lot of time learning to be a better a trainer and coach because it’s an avenue I get to use to speak that same life into others. My heart is really for youth and women to feel seen and know that they have the strength to overcome anything.

What’s been the biggest obstacle in your life so far?

What hasn’t been an obstacle? I would say it’s less of a single event and more so an obstacle of insecurity? I grew up in foster care, so with that I’ve had a lot of experience “blending in” to keep the peace of my surroundings at the cost of my personal peace. I think each phase of life has pushed me to have a little more courage to honor who I truly am and find my voice.

One year from today, how do you hope you’re different?

One year from today, I hope I’m more playful and free. I hope I’ve learned what it looks like to not take life too seriously. I hope I’ve learned that walking on purpose is more fun than walking in a hurry.

What’s the best advice you’ve ever received?

Believe nothing of what you hear and only half of what you see.
