What makes you feel proud?
I feel most proud when someone I have been pouring into shows real growth and change.
What keeps you up at night?
I’m a worrier, so most things do. I worry that I’m taking too many risks. I worry that I am not doing the best job possible. I worry and wonder if my team is their happiest.
Who is the biggest influence in your life? Why?
I am influenced by a lot of people. My experience is you can learn a little from everyone if you try hard to understand their stories.

One year from today, how do you hope you’re different?
I hope I’m kinder and I hope I’ve helped more people than I have in the past.
What’s been the biggest obstacle in your life so far?
I suffered a pretty difficult childhood and have had to work really hard in years of therapy to overcome the negative self-talk that is associated with that kind of trauma.
What’s the single biggest problem you’d like to solve in your community?
Working on my new tech company, a platform for caregivers and families who employ them, it’s become very apparent caretakers are often under-appreciated. I would like to change that.
