Natalie Stephens

What makes Natalie Wildly Capable?

“Natalie is the strongest person I’ve met – physically, mentally and spiritually. She is smashing the patriarchy one body building competition at a time, but most importantly, she empowers and encourages women daily in her personal training practice.”

What makes you feel proud?

As a personal trainer, I feel so proud seeing lives changed and serving others. The women in my community are seeing physical and mental health transformations that increase their longevity, create healthier families for generations and show them their true potential and capabilities. My passion is helping women not only get healthy through personal training but also discover themselves. My programs take a deep dive into their childhood all the way to adulthood to uncover what holds them back to help them not only transform their physical body but also their mental health, to propel them and allow them to become the best version of themselves. I take a mind, body, soul approach and transforming lives in this way is my speciality. I’ve seen women completely change their life in all areas through my programs.

What keeps you up at night?

Homeless and hungry children and adults. My family seeks to serve this community through a Norman community dinner held on Christmas Day, where we serve more than 2,000 people in need. My family started this foundation 36 years ago and I am proud to continue the legacy.

What’s been the biggest obstacle in your life so far?

Insecurities and trauma. Overcoming insecurities due to trauma and abuse has been an obstacle that has held me back in the past from living out my true potential and achieving my dreams by not feeling worthy or enough. In my healing journey I’ve realized that my story was used to help others with similar situations and stories overcome their past and transform their lives.

What’s the single biggest problem you’d like to solve in your community?

The mental health crisis. I pray that my programs help women heal from the inside out by transforming them not only physically but also mentally. Healing your body with exercise and nutrition greatly impacts mental health and can be one vehicle for change.

What’s the best advice you’ve ever received?

The human mind is more powerful than we know. Your subconscious brain doesn’t know the difference in what is real and what isn’t. That’s why our capabilities are truly endless if we believe we are capable.
