Hannah Sutter

What makes Hannah Wildly Capable?

Hannah juggles family and business with ease. She is so down-to-earth and has impeccable taste. She’s one of the warmest people I have come to know in these past few years and is always rooting others on. NAOMA SERNA-ZAHN

What makes you feel proud?

I feel proud when my employees feel a belonging to our firm. To know that I’ve created an environment where everyone feels they can be themselves, grow and make quality friendships. I feel proud when I’ve successfully completed a job for a client. When all of my hard work designing and project managing comes together in a beautiful masterpiece. I always try to do the right thing when it comes to running a business. I choose love over personal gain. For my boys, I choose to be present. To do my best to put them first above work, even if that means working after bedtime.

What keeps you up at night?

Currently, my newborn baby! Other than that, sometimes I continuously run through my to-do lists.

Who is the biggest influence in your life? Why?

My biggest influence is my husband, Blair. He is such an incredibly hard worker. He pushes me to want to work harder for my family, for my friends and to consistently do the right thing.

What’s been the biggest obstacle in your life so far?

Juggling the working mom life. Finding that balance is incredibly hard. It’s hard to have it all—successful career, family life and social life.

One year from today, how do you hope you’re different?

I’d like to take more breaks. I want to fully take a hiatus with my family a handful of times per year to refresh myself. I want to make that important.

What’s the best advice you’ve ever received?

Everything is fixable.
