Jantzen Jolly-Miller

Jantzen’s on a mission to help female leaders silence their inner critic and do less, but better.

What’s the single biggest problem you’d like to solve in your community?

I want other ambitious Christian women to know that they’re not alone. I want them to know that their God-given dreams and leadership qualities are blessings to embrace, not burdens to bear. I want to let others know that it’s possible to pursue their growth potential while not subscribing to the idea that you have to be your own savior—because they already have the best one.

One year from today, how do you hope you’re different?

I want to be able to look back and say I went for it. I put it all on the line and listened to God’s voice more than my own inner critic or the critics around me. I want to be known by boldness—not insecurity.

“We are all capable of so much—and even when we’re not, God doesn’t need our strength. He just needs our willingness to accomplish great things through us.”

What makes you feel proud?

Knowing that I made another person feel excited about who they are as a child of God and the purpose they feel called to pursue.

What’s been the biggest obstacle in your life so far?

Worrying what other people think or struggles with disqualification. We are all capable of so much—and even when we’re not, God doesn’t need our strength. He just needs our willingness to accomplish great things through us. But so often, we let the fear of failure, being called out, or other people’s opinions keep us from living a life of courage, faith and boldness.
